SCOPE

A streamer-first desktop progressive web app (PWA) for productive co-working and study streams. I ran user testing across the application and built the marketing website.
Co-working and study streaming is a fast-growing phenomenon on Twitch and Youtube, but its tooling hasn't kept pace. The timers streamers rely on have three structural gaps:
The problems Flowco solves
Market issue | Flowco's features |
|---|---|
Twitch-locked, dies when the stream ends | Synced timer + live participants beyond the stream |
Customization gated behind CSS/HTML | Overlay Studio — visual, no-coding knowledge required |
Timers are ephemeral, no reason to return | Analytics, streaks, progress, community |
At its core is a Pomodoro timer built for live audiences: customizable durations, a breathe countdown, and dedicated warmup and cooling-down periods. Around that timer sits a full toolkit: stream overlays, a task list, an analytics dashboard, and a synced timer communities can run together.
