As the Web Lead, I was responsible for building and managing the ReactJS website.

I lead the transfer of the company's website from code-based CMS solutions to no-code solutions such as Webflow and Hubspot. This transfer removed the engineering bottleneck and allowed the team to focus on creating content and a better user experience across the website.

In addition, the transfer allowed us to take advantage of the built-in SEO features and as a result, organic search SEO increased by 200%.
